The system implements advanced security layers, including eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) and secure authentication mechanisms to ensure a high level of trust and protection. Through eKYC, users can verify their identity by scanning national ID cards, capturing facial recognition data, and validating official documents in real time. This enables a seamless yet highly secure verification process without the need for manual input or physical interaction.

By integrating eKYC into critical user flows—such as policy updates, premium payments, and claim submissions—the platform replaces traditional OTP-based verification with a more robust and fraud-resistant solution. This not only enhances data privacy and prevents identity fraud, but also streamlines the user experience by reducing friction in high-value transactions. Rewards & E-commerce Integration

In this project, I took on the role of a UI/UX Product Designer while also acting as a UX Strategist, working across the entire product lifecycle. I was responsible not only for designing interfaces but also for defining user flows, structuring the system architecture, and aligning user needs with business goals. Operating similarly to a Product Owner, I collaborated with stakeholders, prioritized features, and ensured consistency across both mobile and web platforms. This end-to-end involvement allowed me to maintain a holistic view of the product, delivering a cohesive, scalable, and user-centered experience.
