Home Page Restructuring
A complete redesign of the home screen architecture focusing on clarity and usability. The header and footer systems are restructured to reduce cognitive load, highlighting only the most essential features. A new entry point to the full feature catalog is introduced, allowing users to explore the super app’s ecosystem without overwhelming the main interface. The goal is to transform the home page into a clean, action-driven hub.


User Profile Architecture
The personal dashboard is simplified and reorganized to create a more intuitive user experience. Key information such as account details, usage history, and personalized settings are grouped logically. Redundant elements are removed, improving accessibility and making the profile section more functional and easier to navigate.


WiFi/Modem Management Module
A dedicated module is designed for managing FPT modem and network services. This section centralizes all network-related controls, including device status, connection management, and troubleshooting tools. The interface is optimized for non-technical users, ensuring clarity, ease of use, and faster problem resolution.


Multimedia Hub Design
Secondary features previously scattered on the home page are consolidated into a centralized Multimedia & Services Hub. This restructuring reduces clutter on the main screen while providing a structured space for entertainment, utilities, and additional services. The hub is designed for discoverability and smooth navigation between different feature groups.


Payment Flow Optimization
The entire payment journey is redesigned to reduce steps and friction. Key improvements include clearer hierarchy, smarter pre-filled data handling, and faster confirmation flows. The objective is to increase conversion rates while ensuring a seamless and secure user experience across all transaction types.


E-commerce Section Redesign
The e-commerce experience is enhanced with a stronger visual hierarchy and improved product discovery mechanisms.
